Preparation for Tunisia

I’m off to Tunisia in the end of February!! Boom Boom!! Although I intend to continue to make healthier choices on holiday and keep active, I am on holiday!  Although I will easily be able to stick to a low carb diet, I know I’ll most likely indulge in a little extra wine 😛

So I’m thinking I best plan ahead. I have three weeks before I leave so I have plenty of time to up my exercise and eat strict to lose a little weight before hand. Id much rather lose a little weight first knowing I may possible gain a little on holiday than gain a little on holiday and feel bad when I come back which would leave me feeling deflated!

I’ve set a target of losing 5 lbs before I leave which I think is realistic. I’m going to achieve this by doing at least 5 x 30 min sessions of cardiovascular training each week and by watching what I eat (mainly ensuring I don’t snack much)
